Al igual que el resto de las rentas, esta se presenta en el plazo general y de manera individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Devoluci\u00f3n del IRPF<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la declaraci\u00f3n resulta a devolver, los herederos deben presentar el modelo H-100 (\u00abSolicitud de pago de devoluci\u00f3n a herederos\u00bb). Los documentos necesarios var\u00edan seg\u00fan la cuant\u00eda a devolver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Documentaci\u00f3n Requerida<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Hasta 2.000 euros ser\u00e1 necesario aportar: Certificado de defunci\u00f3n y de \u00faltimas voluntades, Testamento (si lo hay), Libro de familia completo, Certificado bancario de la cuenta para la devoluci\u00f3n, Autorizaci\u00f3n y fotocopia del DNI de todos los herederos (si la devoluci\u00f3n se abona a uno solo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1s de 2.000 euros los documentos adicionales ser\u00edan: Liquidaci\u00f3n del Impuesto sobre Sucesiones (ISD), Si el cr\u00e9dito no est\u00e1 incluido en la herencia, se debe; Formalizar una escritura de adici\u00f3n de herencia y Presentar una declaraci\u00f3n complementaria del ISD.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los documentos pueden presentarse en papel o a trav\u00e9s de la Sede Electr\u00f3nica de la AEAT en la ruta: \u00abTodas las gestiones\/Impuestos, tasas y prestaciones patrimoniales\/Otros\/Devoluciones a sucesores de personas f\u00edsicas\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tienes alguna consulta al respecto p\u00f3ngase en contacto con nosotros en\u00a0info@cordobaygarcia.es<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cuando una persona fallece, sus herederos est\u00e1n obligados a presentar su declaraci\u00f3n del IRPF del a\u00f1o del fallecimiento si las rentas obtenidas obligan a declarar.
